    Customer supply’s own bags. 6 household waste bags or 3 contractor bags per week.

  • To ensure safe, timely, and reliable service, all customers must follow the guidelines below. Failure to follow these rules may result in a missed pickup or additional fees.

    🕕 SET-OUT TIME

    • Trash must be placed at the curb by 5:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day ( day before is recomended )

    • Late set-outs are not guaranteed to be serviced

    • Do not block containers with vehicles, snow, or other obstacles

    📍 CONTAINER PLACEMENT

    • Place containers at the curb or roadside

    • Leave at least 3 feet of space between containers and other objects

    • Wheels should face away from the street

    • Lids must be fully closed

    🗑️ ACCEPTABLE HOUSEHOLD WASTE

    ✔ Bagged household trash
    ✔ Non-hazardous residential waste
    ✔ Regular weekly refuse

    All trash must be bagged and placed inside the container.

    🚫 PROHIBITED ITEMS (NOT ACCEPTED)

    We do NOT collect the following curbside:

    • Hazardous materials (chemicals, oil, paint, fuel)

    • Batteries or electronics

    • Tires

    • Construction or demolition debris

    • Concrete, dirt, bricks, or rocks

    • Hot ashes

    • Large furniture or bulk items (unless scheduled separately)

    ⚖️ WEIGHT & OVERFLOW POLICY

    • Containers must not exceed safe lifting limits

    • Overfilled containers or items outside the container may not be collected

    • Extra bags will require additional fees

    🌧️ WEATHER & ROAD CONDITIONS

    • Service may be delayed due to severe weather, road conditions, or emergencies

    • Please leave containers out if service is delayed — we will return as soon as safely possible

    ❄️ WINTER WEATHER RULES

    • Keep containers clear of snow and ice

    • Do not place containers in the street or behind snowbanks

    • Missed pickups due to blocked access are not guaranteed to be returned

    💳 PAYMENT & SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

    • Accounts must remain current to avoid service interruption

    • Unpaid balances may result in suspended service

    • Returned payments will incur $30

    🏠 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

    Customers are responsible for:

    • Proper container placement

    • Securing trash to prevent litter

    • Following all listed rules and guidelines

If you're interested in working with us, complete the form with a few details about the service you wish to select. If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation and your start-up bill. Bins will be delivered a few days after we receive the first payment. There is a $50 can delivery fee for monthly and quarterly services.
