Improperly prepared items may be left behind and may require a separate paid pickup.
Accepted / Preparation Rules
- Bulk pickup is intended for normal household items.
- Limit requests to approximately 2 cubic yards per pickup.
- As a general guide, 2 cubic yards is roughly the volume of about four 96-gallon carts.
- Items must be placed neatly at the curb and must not block the roadway, mailbox, or driveway.
- Mattresses and box springs must be fully wrapped or bagged before collection.
- Smaller loose items should be boxed, bundled, or otherwise contained.
- Place only the items that were listed on your approved request.
Do Not Put Out
- Batteries of any kind
- Propane tanks or other pressurized cylinders
- Paint, fuel, chemicals, oils, or other liquids
- Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials
- Yard waste, brush, grass, leaves, or tree debris
- Concrete, dirt, rocks, brick, or heavy construction debris
- Items not included on the approved pickup request
